Like so many others, I experienced a certain apprehension in travelling outside the country for dental work, however, the extensive work needed to be done was not financially feasible in the U.S.

I am convinced that I was spiritually led to this particular Dental Studio where I was treated to a level of compassion, kindness and professionalism that I had never experienced previously.

Upon arriving in Los Algodones, Mexico, the first day they completed a series of cd scans, bone density scans, x-rays and photographs. Upon having their entire team view the results, they collaborated on a plan which they immediately started implementing.

The following morning, I was greeted by the anesthesiologist who explained the procedure. Several hours later I awoke to a complete set of temporary upper teeth on implants.

Three months later I returned to finalize the bite and the fitting for my permanent zirconia teeth that came several days later.

The entire journey from start to finish was about 3.5 months and through-out the entire time I experienced absolutely no pain.

I have since touted my incredible experience with the wonderful dentists and staff at this facility to all my family and friends. Several have already visited and are experiencing the same level of tenderness and love that I received.

At 69 years of age, missing teeth on opposing sides of my mouth I had to decide to accept total tooth loss in the next decade or seek a source of affordable implants. The cost of such surgery in the USA would have been close to $60,000 or more. After much research I opted to visit this SOTA Dental clinic in Tijuana for an initial consultation. I was met at San Diego Airport by their driver Arturo and driven directly to the clinic, which was the cleanest, most modern clinic I had ever seen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, professional and fluent in English.

I received a CT scan and full diagnosis along with 2 detailed quotes for two different paths forward. I opted for the “Full Rehabilitation” option which entailed 5 implants with crowns and 18 existing teeth having new porcelain ceramic crowns for approximately 1/3 of the cost in the USA.

After 3 visits the treatments were completed and I could not be happier. I have the teeth of a 20-year-old and cannot thank Dr. LoAmmy Torres enough for guiding me through the process and completing the surgeries with such an attention to detail and consideration.

I would highly recommend that if you are considering dental implants that you give them a call. The process was fast an efficient and the quote I received was the price I paid after completion. I went to Cancun six months ago to get some extensive dental work done. Dr. Sosa and his team were extremely helpful. Dr. Sosa did a through exam and made suggestion. I cannot say enough good things about SOTA Dental. A year ago I had full arch replacements, top and bottom. This place is CLEAN, the staff is very accommodating, and friendly. The service was top rate every step of the way. They are a step above any dentist I ever went to in the states.

I love this team. I spent months consulting different people around the world before choosing them, and one of the biggest reasons I did so was that Dr. Sforzina really walked me through my x-rays and offered me clearly-explained options and didn’t just try to talk me into the most expensive things.

The office is pristine, elegant, and as modern and well-equipped as they come. The staff speaks both Spanish and English. They also provide you with a driver to and from the airport and your appointments, and he’s one of the loveliest people I have ever met.

I have a lot of trauma and anxiety around my teeth – even unmedicated childbirth of a large baby didn’t hurt as much as some of the dental stuff I’ve dealt with in my life. I can be a challenging patient because of all the emotion that comes up for me in the dentist’s chair, and I cry easily, especially around this. While I am sure they were all glad when I was done and gone, Dr. Sforzina and staff were very tolerant, kind and patient with me during my visits.

2.5 years ago I started my whole mouth Restoration journey. Had extractions and bone grafting here in texas and was ready to have my smile replaced with beautifully matching, healthy crowns.

After extensive search I hoped to find Diego Marquez to do the artistry. After speaking w Nestor, his up front approach to what I could expect sold me.

Following the top bank of teeth being crowned w the most expensive material, the end of the week I had the big surgery. Two implants with sinus lift; the entire team of docs that surrounded my chair were extremely proficient, caring; explaining each detail and actually fun!

I will pay extra to fly to Yuma and drive to the Marquez brothers to do my restorative dental work. I’ve never been more proud of my smile.

Just returned to Canada after having the first step of an All-on-6 implants completed at SOTA Dental. While there were a few hiccups when an infection was discovered, Dr. Nestor (my primary DDS) and Dr. Diego did a wonderful job in the first stage (will return in February 2020 for the final). Started out wanting an All-on-4, but as I had enough solid bone, decided to go with 6 implants – plus 2 more in the upper to replace missing teeth – this will complete my new smile. I found both doctors to be very knowledgeable and professional – with great chair side manner and communication. My surgery was two weeks ago and the dissolving stitches are almost all gone. I did not experience as much pain from the surgery as expected and Dr. Diego did a great job making sure the temporary plate fit properly over two sessions following surgery. As a result, no aggravation or unusual sore areas. I have had dental care with this clinic over the last two to three years and I would recommend dental care at this clinic to my entire family and friends. Totally professional, friendly, English oriented and thoughtful. I am presently having dental implants. Even though I wanted to drive to the clinic, they insisted on picking me up from my home in San Diego. Moreover, they provided me a ride home at no charge. Dr. Antonio and staff are the best. They followed up days later to make sure I was not having any complications which really impressed me because I have had issues in the US with medical care. We researched oral surgeons for two years and kept coming back to this particular Dental Studio’s online video info. My husband has waited a long time to repair the issues in his mouth..after bouncing from one Oral surgeon to another in California and gettimg zero positive results we finally came to this clinic for his full set of upper and lower arches.. he is very happy with the work that was done..very professional and the latest technology! Also I myself had a very positive experience with even just a dental cleaning. I did my research before embarking on my journey of getting my teeth fixed.

I had a large dental school in Phoenix look at my teeth and they recommended jaw surgery (not covered by insurance) and orthodontics be performed before any restorative or cosmetic work.

I also consulted three implant dentist in Phoenix.

All but one wanted to extract all of my teeth and place implants upper and lower with a significant cost.

I then researched over one hundred dentist in Mexico.

I initially chose this clinic because of their reviews.

After my initial consultation and treatment plan and cost estimate I made the decision to use this practice.

I was able to save all my upper teeth and with their skilled surgical implantation was able to change my bite without getting jaw surgery.

They have been completely honest with me through the whole process.

I completely trust them.

I am 100% satisfied with the results and my new smile.

I also have to say that this dental team cares more about you as a person or patient than any other dentist I have ever used.

Many dentist I have used in the past left me feeling it was all about money and nothing about me as a patient or person. I truly feel like they are family now and I will continue to use them for the rest of my life.

My teeth were toast. The thought of dentures didn’t appel to me at all. After seeing what they cost in the states I started looking at Mexico. After lots of research I knew where to try. Now 9 months later with 12 implants and Chrystal Ultra teeth I’m 100 % satisfied. The level of care and the attention to detail are second to none. I have gone without dental insurance for about 11 years and was in dire need of an affordable solution. Many of our friends that had their teeth pulled and got dentures wished they hadn’t done this, as it is quite often uncomfortable.

So, I began my search for affordable but professional dentistry! This is my first time seeking dental work outside of the United States. I’m soooo glad I did my homework! My husband and I prayed everyday to find just the right place, and we are not disappointed.

We found this dental clinic in Los Algodones, Mexico (right across from Yuma, Arizona) through SOTA Dental. I had previously sent my X-Rays, dental charts, and loads of questions to about 15 of the Dentists and Clinics in Los Algodones. I compared prices, references, videos, reviews, and everything I could think of. I needed to get: 3 implants, 3 root canals, numerous crowns, a bone graft, 2 gum lengthenings, an extraction, a temporary bridge, a temporary crown, several fillings, a flipper over the bone graft, and the CT scan.

For reassurance, I felt like I needed to talk with a former patient of the Dentist I chose and this clinic supplied me with a wonderful guy who was happy to share his total experience with us! Some of the deciding factors for us in choosing them were the reviews they have and the recommendation from this reference we talked with! He unquestionably recommended them.

The Dentists, Dr. Diego Marquez Rodriguez and his brother, Dr. Nestor Marquez Rodriguez are very professional, experienced, continuing to be educated in the latest techniques in the US and elsewhere. They were born and raised in Yuma, Arizona are totally bilingual. These guys know their stuff, are excellent at what they do (all aspects of Dentistry and Dr. Nestor is an Implant Specialist). Besides their expertise, my husband and I were really very surprised at just how down to earth and personable they are. Each of the Dentists, the entire staff, and the Specialists that were brought in to work on me, really care about their patients! They are Christians and showed their love to me through their gentle touch, dedicated work ethic, and truly go the extra mile to get the job done expertly and with GRACE!!! Haha! But it is true! I guess I cannot say enough good about Dr. Diego and Nestor and the wonderful staff. They work as a great team. Even in the waiting room, many people said their reputation is stellar. They are price-conscious, honest, provide an outstanding result, and are the nicest people around to work with! They made us feel cared for like family!

What we decided to do was to have our lodging in Yuma, each day park at the border ($6/per day in a secure parking lot), and walk across the border to their clinic, which is about 2-1/2 blocks away. Everyday we were amazed at the number of cars crossing the border, waiting in very long lines. So glad we chose this route! This was another thing we felt we were guided by God’s Hand in choosing! Guess that’s about all!”

Highly recommended: SOTA Dental, Los Algodones, MX Dr. Nestor Marquez and Dr. Diego Marquez are highly skilled and dedicated dental professionals. Their office is part of the Sota Dental Group. In March 2019, I contacted Sota Dental and sent in their online information request. Joshua from Sota Dental called me the same day and said he would send my information to their Los Algodones office. That evening DR. Nestor called me from his cell phone and spent a half hour telling me about All-on-4 dental implants and answering any questions I might have. I was impressed that the surgeon that would be doing my extractions and implants would spend this much time with a prospective client. He also told me that SOTA Dental is the only place in Mexico that offer the Crystal Ultra implant denture (manufactured in Phoenix, AZ). After talking to Dr. Nestor and reading about the superiority of the Crystal Ultra, I made an appointment for the All-on-4 surgery for early June 2019. During the 2 months before going to Mexico, I watched all the videos at Sotadental.com. Dr. Nestor and his brother Dr. Diego have several videos posted on these sights. I would recommend anyone thinking about using their service, watching the videos is a great source of information. Also during this time I had several email conversations with the SOTA Dental staff. When I had a question, I always received a timely response. On June 4, my wife and I flew to Phoenix, rented a car and drove to the USA parking lot, just minutes (walking) to reach their office on the Mexican side of the border. It was very comfortable meeting Dr.s Nestor and Diego, as I felt I already knew them from the video and my phone conversation with Dr. Nestor. On that first appointment, Dr. Nestor did an examination of my mouth, and had a CT Scan done of my upper arch. He took impressions of my upper arch. Dr. Diego then wanted to take some pictures of my mouth so he could design the temporary denture I would have while the implants heal. Dr. Diego does not take his part of the process lightly. He took dozens of pictures from every imaginable angle. He treated the importance of the temporary denture looking and feeling as good as if it were the final product. Finally, Dr. Nestor invited my wife and me to his office to go over the CT scan and answer any and all questions we might have. He is friendly and accommodating, and his passion for quality dentistry was so evident. The next morning: Surgery Day. We arrived at 8:15am. At 8:30, Dr. Nestor took me to the surgery area and they began the IV sedation. Even though I was partially awake during the surgery, the only thing I remember is Dr. Nestor saying that we were done. It was amazing that I didn’t have any sense of being drowsy, and that I was unaware that the surgery had even happened. They took another post surgery impression and fitted the temporary denture . My smile very closely resembled my natural teeth smile. Dr. Diego is a genius. Dr. Nestor prescribed some pain pills. During the course of the first day (as the numbness began to wear off), I took one of the pain pills. I took one more before going to bed (even though I had yet to feel any pain from the surgery). The next morning we went back to the dental office and Dr. Nestor did an examination of his work. I had not had any bleeding since early afternoon of the surgery day. He said everything was looking good. He showed me how to reline the temporary denture, which would be needed after the swelling from the surgery subsides. He told me if I had any concerns to call him on his cell phone. We chose not to have the followup appointment on the third day, and returned to our home in Oregon. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to feel any pain from the surgery and I haven’t used any more pain medication since that first 24 hours. I am looking forward to seeing these 2 great dentists and their wonderful staff on my next appointment .

I was on holiday and needed an emergency re-root canal. The staff at State of the Art Dental made arrangements for me to be seen as soon as possible, did a comprehensive evaluation with options and pricing. I chose to have the re-root canal done that day and spent 5 hours in state of the art surroundings, bing-watching netflix while my root canal was re-done. That was on a Friday and they had my crown ready by Monday morning. It was a higher quality service and crown than I received in the USA and at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this group and hope to be back.
