What is the
Clinical Excellence Program?
The Clinical Excellence Program is a hands-on, real-patient experience designed to allow participating doctors to practice safely, accurately, and confidently on patients who truly need the treatment.
Our main focus is to support doctors who are already well versed in the theoretical and clinical foundations of full-arch treatment, but who still need more surgical experience under real mentorship.
The truth is, almost every doctor interested in full arch has seen cases, read about full arch, watched videos, and maybe even completed one or two cases while sweating big drops and hoping it would be as easy as it looks online.
But the real world of full-arch surgery is different.
Real Mentorship in Real Full-Arch Surgery
Full-arch surgery comes with an extensive list of little things that can, and often do, go south quickly. These are the details that are hard to fully understand from a lecture, a video, or a social media case presentation. They are learned through experience, correction, repetition, and mentorship.
Our hope has always been to provide real hands-on mentorship, side by side, with no questions left unanswered and in a judgment-free environment. You will be evaluated. You will be corrected. But the correction will be done in a way that builds you, sharpens you, and polishes your technique.
At the end of the day, we had mentors. We had people who guided us, taught us, corrected us, and helped shape us into the clinicians we are today. We are forever thankful for that.
This program is our way of paying that forward.
We believe that an excellent clinician is built on three main principles:
Program Focus and Structure
The main focus of this program is to help doctors perfect the small tips, tricks, philosophies, and surgical details that facilitate and simplify full-arch surgery.
Ideally, participating doctors will have already taken one of our courses. If they have not, we can evaluate whether they are qualified for the program through a video call and questionnaire before acceptance.
The program is designed around real patient care. Three patients will be provided and scheduled for treatment. The current concept is one surgery per day, although the schedule may be adjusted depending on the final structure of the program.
In some cases, two surgeries may be performed in one day to shorten the total number of program days.
What Will Be Provided
The program may include the following:
- Morning and midday food during program hours
- Transportation, if included in the final program structure
- 3D printed surgical models
- Clinical Excellence Program merchandise
- Diploma or certificate of completion
Dinner is not currently planned as part of the daily program structure, since program hours are expected to run approximately from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Program Concept
The program may include the following:
- Length: 3 days
- Approximate Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Participants: Ideally 2 doctors per program, though the format may be adjusted for 1 doctor at a time if needed.
- Diploma or certificate of completion
Day 1:
Surgical Mindset, Case Planning, and Preparation
The doctors will arrive early, and we will begin by going over the surgical mindset.
This is a philosophy we have developed through the hardships and realities of the surgical world. This is what we consider real mentorship.
Anyone can teach you how to pick up a case and perform a procedure. But in the world of full arch, there is so much that happens behind the curtains that helps build actual successful cases, not just pretty pictures on social media.
We have lived through that. We have seen the beautiful cases, the accolades, the successes, and also the pressure that sometimes leads clinicians down a dark personal path. The reason we do arches goes far beyond being good at surgery. For many of us, it becomes a deeper realization. Sometimes even a spiritual one. It is the moment where a clinician begins to understand what it truly means to master the world of full arch.
On the first day, we will review the CBCT scans and explore the surgical options required for each specific case. Each patient will be analyzed in detail so the doctors understand the anatomy, risks, challenges, and surgical possibilities before entering the operatory.
Each doctor will also receive 3D printed surgical models of their cases. These models will allow them to become familiar with the anatomy and practice the surgery, including possible surgical variants, before treating the real patient.
A theory portion will also be included, focused on the techniques required for the specific cases selected for the program.
Later that day, we may take the doctors to lunch or dinner to break the ice, build trust, and mentally prepare for the surgeries in the days ahead.
Day 2:
First and Second Patient Surgeries
The doctors will arrive early, and we will begin with the first patient.
Each case will be shared between two doctors. One doctor will perform one half of the arch, and the other doctor will perform the other half. This gives each participant real hands-on experience while still allowing the surgery to remain controlled, supervised, and safe for the patient.
Dr. Nestor will provide constant supervision throughout the surgery. At many points, he may intervene directly to demonstrate our methodology, correct technique, or show how we approach specific surgical challenges.
However, patient safety always comes first.
If at any point the case is not progressing properly, Dr. Nestor or one of the associates will take over and complete the surgery. In that situation, the experience may shift from hands-on participation to observational surgery, but it will remain highly educational and didactic. The doctor will still be guided through the decision-making, corrections, and reasoning behind each step.
After a quick lunch break, the second scheduled surgery will be performed the same day.
Lunch will be provided after the surgery day at the office.
Day 3:
Final Surgery, Review, and Evaluation
The third day will begin with early arrival and preparation for the final surgery.
Surgery time.
The third and final patient surgery will be completed under the same structure of close supervision, active mentorship, and constant evaluation.
On this final day, we will also review the post-op CBCT scans of the treated patients. We will go through what was done, what went well, what could have been improved, and what each doctor should continue working on.
Each participating doctor will receive a direct evaluation. This will include a clear discussion of strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement, and the specific details that need to be refined in their full-arch surgical technique.
The program will conclude with the delivery of the Clinical Excellence Program diploma or certificate.

The Clinical Excellence Program is intentionally small.
Each training week is limited to only two participating doctors so the mentorship remains personal, focused, and clinically meaningful.
Doctors interested in participating should apply early, as space is limited and demand is expected to be high.
This program is ideal for doctors who want to move beyond theory and understand how advanced full-arch implant treatment is planned, performed, documented, and delivered inside a real clinical environment.

Core Purpose of the Program
This program is not simply about doing surgery.
It is about understanding the real world of full arch. It is about seeing what happens beyond the lecture, beyond the video, and beyond the final photo. It is about learning how to think, how to react, how to correct, how to stay calm, and how to build cases that are successful in the real clinical world.
The goal is to create a space where doctors can grow through real mentorship, real correction, real patients, and real surgical experience.
