Quels sont les avantages d’une procédure All-on-4 ?
À l’heure actuelle, une restauration complète de la bouche ne peut être réalisée que par un nombre limité de méthodes. Lorsqu’un patient a perdu la plupart de ses dents, voire toutes, le traitement All-on-4 peut être une solution adaptée.
Avant l’apparition de la technique All-on-4, les dentistes devaient poser plusieurs implants et bridges dans toute la bouche du patient pour obtenir un résultat comparable. Avec un traitement All-on-4, le positionnement stratégique des implants dans la mâchoire permet d’éviter de remplacer chaque dent manquante par un implant individuel.

Suis-je un bon candidat pour
le traitement All-on-4 ?
Pour être admissible au traitement All-on-4, vous devez être un bon candidat aux implants dentaires. La plupart des personnes ayant des dents manquantes répondent à ces critères.
Cependant, il existe quelques contre-indications absolues à prendre en considération.
Par exemple, les personnes ayant récemment subi une crise cardiaque devraient éviter cette intervention chirurgicale.
Il en va de même pour les personnes présentant les conditions suivantes :
- Diabète non contrôlé
- Troubles de la coagulation
- Traitement par bisphosphonates
- Radiothérapie dans le cadre d’un traitement contre le cancer
Le traitement All-on-4 est une décision importante, car il nécessite l’extraction de toutes les dents d’une arcade (supérieure ou inférieure). C’est pourquoi la plupart des dentistes s’efforcent de préserver autant de dents naturelles que possible. Même si vous souhaitez bénéficier de cette procédure, il est préférable de laisser votre dentiste déterminer si vous êtes ou non un bon candidat au traitement All-on-4.
Comment se déroule la procédure All-on-4
au Mexique ?
Le traitement All-on-4 est une réhabilitation buccale chirurgicale qui nécessite donc plusieurs visites chez le dentiste. Selon la complexité du cas, l’ensemble de la procédure peut s’étendre sur une période de 4 à 12 mois. À l’issue du traitement, vous profitez d’un nouveau départ avec un sourire éclatant.
Lors de la première visite, nos médecins examineront la bouche du patient. Ils consulteront ses antécédents médicaux et réaliseront les radiographies et/ou les examens CBCT nécessaires.. L’objectif est de recueillir suffisamment d’informations afin de déterminer si le patient est un bon candidat pour cette procédure. Le médecin tiendra également compte des éventuels problèmes de santé du patient qui pourraient nécessiter des précautions ou des étapes supplémentaires au cours du traitement.
Si nos médecins déterminent que vous êtes un bon candidat au traitement All-on-X et que vous choisissez de poursuivre le traitement, l’intervention chirurgicale pourra alors être programmée.. Nos médecins commenceront par prendre les mesures et les empreintes de la bouche du patient.
Ensuite, le patient sera placé sous sédation et les dents restantes seront extraites. Le dentiste pratiquera ensuite de petites incisions pour exposer l’os de la mâchoire, puis préparera les sites implantaires à l’aide d’un foret pilote.
Les implants sont ensuite mis en place. Dans la procédure All-on-4, les médecins positionnent le plus souvent les implants de la région antérieure à un angle de 90°, tandis que ceux de la région postérieure sont inclinés à environ 45°.. Cette approche répond à deux objectifs : elle offre une meilleure stabilité à la prothèse
dentaire, tout en évitant d’endommager
le nerf situé à l’arrière de l’os de la mâchoire. Une fois les implants correctement positionnés, le médecin refermera les incisions. À ce stade, une prothèse dentaire provisoire vous sera fournie pour un usage quotidien.

Qu’est-ce qu’une prothèse dentaire provisoire ?
Les prothèses dentaires provisoires existent en deux types : fixes ou amovibles. Les prothèses dentaires provisoires fixes (également appelées « dents le jour même ») sont proposées lorsque tous les implants présentent une excellente stabilité primaire dans l’os. Les prothèses provisoires amovibles, quant à elles, reposent sur les implants afin de préserver leur intégrité pendant la cicatrisation. Le médecin déterminera la solution la plus adaptée à chaque patient, mais la plupart des patients préfèrent les dents fixes, car elles procurent une sensation plus proche de celle des dents naturelles.
Après l’intervention, le patient devra prendre un soin particulier de sa bouche pendant plusieurs mois. Il devra attendre que l’ostéointégration soit complète et que son organisme ait pleinement accepté les implants. Cette phase d’ostéointégration dure généralement entre 3 et 6 mois.

Une fois la bouche du patient complètement cicatrisée, une deuxième visite sera nécessaire afin de prendre de nouvelles mesures et empreintes. La prothèse définitive sera ensuite fabriquée avec le matériau que vous aurez choisi avec votre médecin. Dans certains cas, une troisième visite peut être nécessaire pour essayer et ajuster la prothèse définitive.
Quelle est la durée du
traitement All-on-4 au Mexique ?
Le traitement All-on-4 est différent pour chaque patient. Sa durée dépend de nombreux facteurs, notamment de la qualité de l’os, de l’état de santé général, des éventuelles pathologies préexistantes, de la façon dont l’organisme intègre les implants ainsi que de la complexité du cas. En règle générale, vous devrez prévoir au moins deux visites chez votre dentiste.
La période de cicatrisation peut durer entre 3 et 6 mois, selon les facteurs mentionnés ci-dessus. Gardez également à l’esprit que des interventions complémentaires, telles qu’une greffe osseuse ou un comblement sinusien (sinus lift), peuvent prolonger la durée totale du traitement.

Il existe de nombreux types de matériaux disponibles sur le marché.. Chaque dentiste travaille avec des marques et des matériaux différents.. Il est recommandé de demander à votre dentiste quelle marque il privilégie et de lui demander davantage d’informations à son sujet. Chez SOTA Dental, nous utilisons principalement quatre types de matériaux :
Acrylique – $
- Avantages : Facile à réparer, abordable et évolutif.
- Inconvénients : Moins esthétique et moins durable que les autres options. Peut absorber les odeurs s’il n’est pas entretenu correctement.
PMMA – $$
- Avantages : Ce matériau est usiné à partir d’un seul bloc, ce qui le rend plus homogène, plus résistant et plus durable que l’acrylique.
- Inconvénients : Plus coûteux que l’acrylique.
Zircone – $$$
- Avantages : L’un des matériaux les plus solides et les plus résistants du marché. Plus durable que l’acrylique et le PMMA. Offre un excellent rendu esthétique.
- Inconvénients : Très lourd. Plus coûteux. Peut nécessiter un plus grand nombre d’implants.
Nanocéramique – $$$
- Avantages : Très esthétique. Haute translucidité. Bonne flexibilité. Léger. Facile à réparer. Offre un aspect très proche des dents naturelles.
- Inconvénients : Plus coûteux. Ce matériau n’est pas proposé par tous les dentistes.
Si vous choisissez l’une des options les plus abordables, vous pourrez toujours faire évoluer votre prothèse ultérieurement. Il suffit de retirer la prothèse existante, de la numériser, puis d’usiner une nouvelle prothèse dans le matériau souhaité. Tous les matériaux que nous utilisons sont approuvés par la FDA.

Le traitement All-on-4
est-il douloureux ?
De nombreuses personnes pensent, à tort, que cette intervention est très douloureuse. L’intervention est indolore, car nos médecins utilisent une anesthésie locale puissante ou, lorsque cela est indiqué, une anesthésie générale. Vous ne ressentirez aucune douleur, car vous serez soit sous sédation, soit parfaitement anesthésié au niveau des gencives. En revanche, il est possible que vous ressentiez une gêne ou une douleur une fois que les effets de l’anesthésie se seront dissipés.
Bien que le traitement All-on-4 soit considéré comme une intervention sûre, il s’agit tout de même d’une chirurgie qui entraîne un traumatisme temporaire des gencives et de l’os. Gardez à l’esprit que la durée de la récupération varie d’un patient à l’autre.

Que se passe-t-il si ma prothèse All-on-4 se casse ?
Bien qu’une prothèse de qualité se casse rarement, cela peut arriver. Pour réduire ce risque, le patient doit faire attention aux aliments qu’il consomme. Le port d’une gouttière occlusale de nuit est également important.
Le dentiste peut généralement réparer au cabinet les fractures mineures de matériaux tels que l’acrylique ou la nanocéramique. En revanche, la zircone est un matériau plus complexe à réparer.

I accompanied my wife with all of her visits. The doctors and all the staff were really helpful. They informed me about all of the procedures and issues that could possibly happen. Also they kept me informed and updated as everything was taking place. They addressed all concerns, and answered all of my questions. We searched everywhere but the work was too difficult and for those that might attempt it, (with no guarantee) unbelievably expensive.
We weren’t certain about these guys at first as her situation was unique and it would be very, very difficult to achieve what she was needing and wanting.
After multiple surgeries, bone grafting, etc., and Zygomatic implants they were able to establish a foundation that would work well for her and at long last they were completely done!
They were able to create her permanent implant prosthesis in-house and adjusted the coloring to perfection!
They had to fly in specialized surgeons for certain procedures but it was truly remarkable what they were able to achieve in the end!
It literally took years due to COVID and we could not always come when we needed to but after 5 years she finally has the perfect smile that she’s always wanted.

You wouldn’t think that would be so as no one enjoys having their mouth worked on, but we have such a good time there with everyone when we go that we don’t really mind the two day driving journey from Southeast Texas to get there.

The prices are very comparable to other dentists in the area, and about $30,000 less than I’d have to pay in the US. They also worked within my budget to get me what I wanted vs. what I thought my budget could get me. You won’t regret choosing them as your dental office.
If you are thinking of having dental implant surgery in Los Algodones, Mexico, because you have heard that you can get cheap implants there, you are going to be severely surprised. Nothing is cheap or shoddy about the implants, the surgery, or the quality of service you will receive; all are of the highest quality.
I started my search for a dental provider for implants after having my upper teeth extracted over a year ago. I had lived in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving to Austin, Texas, and had general dental services in Los Algodones, so using Mexican dentists was not a concern. After searching the internet, I came across the website and YouTube videos of Dr Nestor in Los Algodones and began a dialogue with Gabriel, their ambassador. Gabriel was very patient and forthcoming in his communications, putting me at ease. Jumping ahead a bit, there were no surprises; the procedures’ scheduling and the services’ cost were 100 percent accurate, which, when you are coming from far away to work with strangers, can be a cause for anxiety. The process with Gabriel continued for several months while I did my due diligence. I explored using a dentist in Nuevo Laredo, which was closer to my home in Austin, Texas, but in the end, my experience with the ease and safety of Los Algodones won out. I also explored the idea of using a local oral surgeon, but found them far too expensive, and nowhere near as open and patient in their customer service.
Everything about my experience with this dental clinic was top-notch. I began my procedure with Dr. Kevin, who was patient and made sure that I understood everything completely. He then introduced me to Michael, who would perform the surgery. Michael also took his time and made sure that all issues that might cause me concern were covered. The day of the surgery came and went, and it was as comfortable as one could expect when having six implants placed and temporary teeth installed. Follow-up visits the next day went smoothly, and Leo even serenaded me during one of my last examinations. It was a delightful experience listening to a soft, pleasant voice while Dr. Michael finished his examinations.
There is more that I could say, and I did not mention everyone who made my stay as successful as I could have hoped for. If you need dental implants, I highly recommend this dental team and all their wonderful people.
I believe that using this facility for my “All on X” dental restoration was one of the best decisions that I have made. I did quite a bit of research before deciding to have them perform my dental restoration. I met with two local dentists before electing to travel for the dental work. I also spent countless hours researching the available providers and dental options on the internet. My wife and I have both struggled with years of partial restorations and we were both getting tired of replacing crowns, failing root canals and prosthetics that depended on the health of adjacent teeth. All of the staff at this facility were wonderful to deal with, which I could not say about the local clinics that we consulted. Since my wife and I were both having the procedure done, I was able to discuss our cases with 4 of the dentists at the clinic and I would not hesitate to have ANY of them perform ANY necessary procedure in my mouth. Additionally, we found Los Algodones to be a very charming village and we looked forward to crossing the border to do a little shopping and eating during our visits. We are both very grateful that we selected this team for our care.

The staff is super professional, there’s never any type of wait, and they even provided rides for me when I needed help getting there which was a huge plus. Nadia did almost all of my work and she’s amazing — skilled, friendly, and made everything way easier than I expected. Highly recommend if you want great dental care without the stress and at a fraction of the price you’ll pay in the states.
I have had issues with my teeth since I was a teenager. It honestly became too costly to try and keep up as I got older. That resulted in poor teeth that eventually were pulled, one by one. As I got older, I had more difficulty eating as many of my teeth were gone. I started reviewing All On 4 implants in the states and was dumbfounded by the cost. My wife suggested looking in Mexico. I stumbled across this SOTA Dental clinic. After reading all positive reviews, I made the appointment. Dr. Trejo, Antonio, and the staff were very welcoming and fun to be around! I have had dental anxiety and never once experienced anxiety in their office. After 3 appointments, I now have a full set of teeth and can eat whatever I want! I can also smile now without being embarrassed or ashamed! It truly has been a life changing experience. Honestly, if you are considering Mexico for your dental needs, you need to look at the wonderful staff and doctors at SOTA! You won’t be disappointed!
The reviews are true! 20 stars from this guy – 5 stars for each of the 4 days I spent with this charming and thoughtful staff. I had All-On-6 for uppers and lowers and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr. Kevin explained everything in detail to me and my wife and even though it still is a process I don’t think I could’ve put my trust in better hands. This team truly handles patients with care and grace. So glad to have found them.
My son had invisialign completed in US and when he lost his night retainer they wanted an extra $500 for one!! I was at this clinic for an unrelated issue and saw they did invisalign, I asked about the retainer and their amazing staff said it was so not the drama and it would cost less than $100 for the same product! Love them and I’ll be coming to them for all my dental needs from now on
My wife and I are truly very happy and satisfied. Dr. Juan is an excellent surgeon, and the rest of the staff treated us exceptionally well, including Karlo, who assisted us with transportation. Everyone is very kind and professional.

Working with this team has been an experience I will never forget. Throughout my journey receiving dental care at their clinic, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know many of their amazing team members. Working with Gabriel developing my treatment plan was a pleasure, meeting him upon my first visit was a reassuring and comfortable experience. I was hesitant to go out of the states to receive dental care, due to how far from home it is. But choosing to make this journey was a good decision. Travelling to another country to get all on 4 top and bottom is a big change for anyone. This team made it easy every step of the way!!
I really appreciate the work that this team completed for me. I had both arches done all-on-4 on the bottom and all-on-6 on the top. My first visit was during the first week of July 2024, and my most recent visit was during the last week of January 2025.
For my last visit, most of the work was done by Dr. Hernandez. I was very pleased with the results and process as well. He was careful about explaining each step and I never felt rushed. He took his time and it was clear that he was very concerned about the quality of the work. He was able to address my input regarding my desire for the back to be a bit more « flat. » When I expressed an interest in the « engineering » aspects, he took a minute or two to show me the routing machine used to shape the teeth. Very interesting and nice to be treated that way. I’ll say it this way….I was treated significantly better by Doctor Hernandez than at my local clinic here in central Minnesota.
Dr. Acosta was able to extract my last molar, and that went very well too. No real pain during or after. And I was treated with the same care as above.
I will say that I am still getting used to the new teeth…it has only been a little over two weeks. Although my implants and arches will never be like my original teeth, I am very pleased with how well they function and certainly the appearance is first rate. No problems with eating anything. For someone in my station in life this work was a significant expense, but I am very glad I had the work done and very glad that I made the choice to go with this particular clinic. There were other less expensive options in Los Algodones, but again, I am very glad that I chose them.

100/10 Recommend this clinic. They are there to help every step of the way and afterwards. I started my journey with them in early 2023 and just got my finals in November 2023. They are so informative and work with you no matter what. I had a terrible migraine one day during an appointment and they ordered me a smoothie and let me rest on the couch. I mean YOU CANNOT BEAT THE SERVICE AND DEDICATION.

We made the decision to seek restorative dental care in Los Algodones after the recommendations of a few friends. The hard part is picking the right dentist amongst 300+ dentists in the area. After doing some research, Dr. Diego’s Team seemed like the best option as their dentists teach other dentists around the world and they are using the latest technology (they also come up under SOTA Dental as that is the international component they work with) and they provided excellent customer service.
From the planning phase which took several months, we worked closely with Gabriel who was absolutely amazing. He provided detailed explanations, provided information on traveling here, and was transparent in both cost and various procedures. He made me feel very comfortable with making the journey from California and knowing what to expect. Once here, the staff has been excellent. They provided a very detailed consultation plan that explained all the various stages of care and restoration. They also provided many different scenarios that could occur so we would not be surprised and could plan accordingly. They used amazing technology from the fastest CT scan machine I’ve ever seen to creating 3D scans of the teeth to fully see any potential issues or problems. They really accommodate and plan for a rapid schedule as most patients are visitors and are here for a limited time. They truly go above and beyond to assist you in your stay including travel to and from the office, and helping you get back across the border. Additionally, no doctor in the states EVER provided such comprehensive care and assessment. We learned things that no doctor ever told us and we are extremely grateful to have taken care of this now before things got worse.

From the start Antonio was very communicative regarding the entire procedure for all-on-X implants for my mom. We chose to drive down from LA and this team were able to provide us with a ride from the hotel to office everyday. The entire process was smooth sailing and very professional on their end. Everyone who played a part in the procedure was wonderful. My mom is so happy with her new teeth and I am very glad I chose this office to do the procedure for her. Okay, I’m not typically a person who leaves reviews, but this is going to be a long, gushy one so bear with me. This team dearly deserves it. From the beginning, even just through initial communication with Alvaro, Caroline and Gabriel, everything was stellar. Admittedly, I was nervous traveling to Mexico and more so of walking over the border by myself. At no time, however, did I feel unsafe. There were many people with wares to sell but a simple “No, gracias” was well respected.
From the moment I stepped into their office the next day there was not one person that didn’t ooze kindness, efficiency and empathy. I was very ashamed of my teeth and that feeling was quickly assuaged by their assurance, the comprehensive exam, CT scan and ultimately several choices in treatment for me. A “we can help” attitude all the way around. I initially met with Dr. Nestor and then Dr. Diego came in too. I didn’t know beforehand that they were brothers but that information too, eased my mind – a family business. After we decided what action we would take, the lovely Itza performed a cleaning of my bottom teeth (the top would be an “all on” procedure) and some prep work for the next day, surgery day. I left armed with knowledge of what would take place the next day, and filled prescriptions with instructions ready for after surgery.
On surgery day I met with the anesthesiologist and she too, was very comforting and knowledgeable. Everything that would occur that day was explained again and we were off to the races. It’s called conscious sedation so you’re technically out but can respond to requests (open wider, etc). Unfortunately, you can also wake yourself up with a giant snore, which I did. So embarrassing. After I woke up after anesthesia and they were going to fix the temporary prosthetic, it was discovered that one of my back molars had started compensating for one missing above and it was messing up my bite. At the last minute, that tooth had to go too. Dr. Santiago numbed me locally and took it and it didn’t hurt at all. Then they affixed the temporary prosthetic (which I really couldn’t stop staring at) and I was left to rest a bit and sent home with gauze for the most recently pulled tooth, directions for care and several protein shakes to drink. Before that however, I complained of a headache after surgery (I’m very prone to them) and the sweetest tech who’s name I can’t recall – SO sorry – I was still a little loopy – sat and massaged my temples and head for almost a half an hour to try to help. I can’t even express how much that meant to me in a number of ways. After getting back to my hotel I had some trouble with that last tooth continuing to bleed which turned out to be mostly my fault. I ran out of gauze and was trying to stop it with Kleenex and some got stuck in there so it couldn’t clot and continued to bleed. I reached out to the clinic and don’t you know Dr. Santiago was at my door armed with supplies at 9:30 pm and didn’t leave until it stopped. Never ever in a gazillion years would I have received that level of care in the states.
The next day was for adjustments of the prosthetic and to make sure my bite was correct. Dr. Santiago did not stop until it was absolutely perfect. The pride they all took in their work was admirable.
I write this one week after my surgery and I am still just thrilled. All my friends are astounded that these are temporary. I will heal and go back for the permanent prosthetic after 3 months. The pic I’ll attach I took right after crossing back over the border to the states. I’ll update this review after everything is finished.
As an aside, the first day I was there I was waiting in the lobby with a couple other people. One was a man whose wife was having her uppers and lowers done. They were from Mexico and he knows a director at the Dental University there and asked her for a referral. In all of Mexico (and in Los Algodones alone there are over 300 dentists offices and 1,000 dentists) she gave him two. One was in Tijuana and the other was this facility. More confirmation of my decision.
I started dental work at this clinic a few months ago. This group of people have become family. I am a unique individual when it comes to things not working (medications and anathesia) and Dr Nestor and Dr Diego worked with me until we figured it out. My uppers were finished but I had an implant that didn’t take and had to be removed. Dr Nestor really went ouy of his way to take care of this for me. I had to stay overnight in the hospital and my patient care coordinator Gabriel stayed with me when he didn’t have to do that. Everyone at the clinic has been very nice and always a smile to see you. I am now healing from surgery number 2. I didn’t realize we were gonna have to stay and the next day I was so worried about my animals. I went to see about them and feed them. They all have asked me about my kitties. Who remebers that kind if thing. Family does. That is what they are to me now. A family. I wouldn’t let anyone else do work on my mouth. SOTA Dental is tops in my book. I’ve suggested my mom go see them. They treated me like I was the only patient they had, but many waiting to see them. I am very fortunate to have found this group. Thank you for all that you have done and will continue to do.
I was very nervous traveling alone to another country and not being sure what to expect from the clinic when I arrived. The prices for procedures were so affordable, and I felt like it was too good to be true. Well, it is true, and safe and good, and all my fears were in my own imagination. The entire staff at the clinic was so professional, so kind and understanding, and so skilled at their work. My medical experiences at this clinic were better than I have ever had in the US. I am returning for my third year checkups now, and I always recommend this clinic to anyone I ever speak to who needs dental work. They are above and beyond US facilities.They work with every patient’s individual needs, and their rates are more fair than any in the US. Thank goodness I found this place because I couldn’t afford to treat my injuries in the USA, and I got better treatment for less cost than I would have gotten here. This place deserves to be recognized for their excellence.
I have had a wonderful experience at Doctor Michael’s facility. I came to them after around two years of researching many different dentist in several countries. The entire experience was outstanding. The dentist far exceeded my expectations of their knowledge and expertise. Dr. Michael is very detail oriented and works on every small detail to ensure the final outcome is better than you could ever expect. I came in hoping I would be a candidate for the all on x for both arches. I was pleased that I was a candidate for the all on x. I ended up with 6 post on the lower and 5 on the upper. These teeth have a very firm foundation. The final set of teeth look so amazing due to the great work of Dr. Michael and the entire team at the clinic. Every visit, I received exceptional care from the doctors, dental assistants and the reception staff. The reception staff would continuously ensure that you were comfortable and had everything you needed while waiting between procedures and exams.Thank you all.
SOTA Dental walked me through the entire process as they connected me to an amazing clinic in their network and made it all very, very easy. Everyone speaks fluent English and there were no surprises. They are professional. I was thrilled with the clinic and the people that did my work, who are highly educated and very skilled cosmetic dentistry artists in a office nicer and more up to date than many I have been in here in the US. I get compliments on my beautiful teeth all the time. I am not the most trusting person, so if I say you can trust SOTA to guide you well, I mean it.
Like so many others, I experienced a certain apprehension in travelling outside the country for dental work, however, the extensive work needed to be done was not financially feasible in the U.S.
I am convinced that I was spiritually led to this particular Dental Studio where I was treated to a level of compassion, kindness and professionalism that I had never experienced previously.
Upon arriving in Los Algodones, Mexico, the first day they completed a series of cd scans, bone density scans, x-rays and photographs. Upon having their entire team view the results, they collaborated on a plan which they immediately started implementing.
The following morning, I was greeted by the anesthesiologist who explained the procedure. Several hours later I awoke to a complete set of temporary upper teeth on implants.
Three months later I returned to finalize the bite and the fitting for my permanent zirconia teeth that came several days later.
The entire journey from start to finish was about 3.5 months and through-out the entire time I experienced absolutely no pain.
I have since touted my incredible experience with the wonderful dentists and staff at this facility to all my family and friends. Several have already visited and are experiencing the same level of tenderness and love that I received.
I have been coming here for the past 2 years. Was told in the states that I needed $65,000 worth of work done, here the work and price was 1/4. They are very caring and nice! Absolute best Dentist I have ever been to in my life. I refer everyone I know to come here.

I would highly recommend that if you are considering dental implants that you give them a call. The process was fast an efficient and the quote I received was the price I paid after completion. The price was 1/3 the cost of the procedure quoted to me in the States. You will find the staff to be highly trained and very accommodating! They have a great concierge service and they book everything for you and provide a car and driver for all office visits! I am enjoying my new smile and enjoying being able to eat regular foods again without pain!!!
I love this team. I spent months consulting different people around the world before choosing them, and one of the biggest reasons I did so was that Dr. Sforzina really walked me through my x-rays and offered me clearly-explained options and didn’t just try to talk me into the most expensive things.
The office is pristine, elegant, and as modern and well-equipped as they come. The staff speaks both Spanish and English. They also provide you with a driver to and from the airport and your appointments, and he’s one of the loveliest people I have ever met.
I have a lot of trauma and anxiety around my teeth – even unmedicated childbirth of a large baby didn’t hurt as much as some of the dental stuff I’ve dealt with in my life. I can be a challenging patient because of all the emotion that comes up for me in the dentist’s chair, and I cry easily, especially around this. While I am sure they were all glad when I was done and gone, Dr. Sforzina and staff were very tolerant, kind and patient with me during my visits.
I asked him to make me beautiful, and gave me an incredible smile that has made me look years younger, and since I now smile all the time, I do indeed feel beautiful. My confidence, as well as my digestive health, have been restored.
