During your initial visit, our surgeons place the implants and deliver your same day teeth. Most patients stay four to seven days for this first phase. This allows enough time for your CT scan, surgical planning, implant placement, and any adjustments needed on your first full arch. Because we have a fully equipped digital lab in house, our team can design and mill your first set of teeth without relying on outside laboratories. This dramatically speeds up the workflow compared to clinics that need to ship impressions to third party labs.
Once the implants are placed, your body begins the osseointegration process. This is when the bone fuses tightly around the titanium implants. Healing times vary depending on your bone quality, medical conditions, and whether bone grafting or sinus lifts were needed. Most patients return after four to six months for their second trip. During this visit, our doctors uncover the implants, take final measurements, and begin designing your permanent prosthesis. Since we offer zirconia, nano ceramic, PMMA, and acrylic options, our in house lab can create nearly any type of final restoration during your stay.
